If you for any reason, you would like to return your Lazy Pawzzz product, this can be done by posting the product back to Lazy Pawzzz HQ. The product must be returned in its original condition including the confirmation of order.

Unfortunately if the product is personalised and not damaged when receiving, it is non - refundable. 

When returning the product, you will be responsible for arranging delivery and payment of the product.  It is highly recommended to use Royal Mail delivery and obtain proof of postage which will allow you to keep track of the parcel.

The refund will be processed once Lazy Pawzzz's HQ has received the parcel and checked the product for any damage to the product. If there is any damage to the product, it will not be refunded or replaced. 

The refund will be processed between 2-3 working days from receiving the parcel and the customer will be emailed when the refund has been made. The refund will be processed using the same method of original payment.
